D.O. Alicante

Vineyards: Old vineyards between 30 and 50 years. Fossilised lime soil with an upper layer of limestone. Located at an altitude of 700m above sea level.

Production: The best grapes are selected in the vineyard and later in the winery. Malolactic fermentation in barrel and aging for 20 months in French Barrels.

Tasting: Intense purple colour. With aromas of dark fruit, liquorice and spices. In the mouth blueberries, cherries, long and concentrated.
