D.O. Alicante

Vineyard: Old vineyards situated in the highest areas of D.O Alicante, where the soil is mainly lime, at an altitude of 650 metres above sea level.

Production: Malolactic fermentation in barrels followed by the aging process in new French oak barrels for 20 months.

Tasting: Ruby colour with maroon edge. Spiced, toasted aroma with ripe fruit and a hint of minerals. In the mouth it is full-bodied with pronounced intensity.
