Vineyard: Created from grapes coming from multiple vineyards located throught the towns of the Vinolopó area: Pinoso, Salinas, El Maña, Monover. Planted in the low system between 1935 and 1970 the traditional viticulture gives a yield of 1.5 kg per plant.

Production: The harvest adapts itself to the optimal moment of ripening of the grapes, usually in the first days of Autumn. Native yeasts, malolactic fermentation in barrels and aging for 14 months in French barrels.

Tasting: Cherry colour with a hint of intense ruby. In the nose we detect ripe fruit, raspberries, blueberries, spices, balsamic and floral notes. Tasty in the mouth, balanced and full-bodied.
