Vineyard: Vineyards between 15 and 20 years old where soils are predominantly clay. Their capacity to retain water helps the plant in periods of extreme drought, in addition to being very fresh soil. This, in conjunction with the altitude (650-700m) helps to stabilise the temperature to achieve the slow ripening that favours this variety.

Production: Late harvest. Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats.

Tasting: Maroon colour with intense aromas of red fruit and cherries. Fruity in the mouth, full-bodied with mature tannins.
